Food: Well within the quality band of what you would expect for this level of establishment. Fresh flavours en exciting texture mixes. The wine suggestion was an excellent match.
Service: Can not be faulted in any way - truely amazing staff training and motivation! Exceptional!
Ambiance: We enjoyed al fresco dining in the courtyard/garden. Most pleasant and a well maintianed venue. Tables were set correctly, with a keen eye for detail.
Hospitality: With the very odd exception all staff were very courteous, friendly, engaging and made us feel as valued guests (even though they knew we were paying well below the usual prices). This combined with the very high service level, made for a near perfect combination and a level not achieved by any hotel I have visited in recent times in Amsterdam.
